Do you retouch your photographs?
Yes, we do a significant amount of prep work to our photography to insure we deliver you the best image possible. Please visit our "Enhancements Page" to see before and after images. See the difference between the original photograph to the completed work.

Beyond the normal retouching/prep done to all our work, we also offer services that require more time such as removal of braces and removing severe acne.

Do you go on location for business, family group or graduate sessions? Is there a fee?
Yes we do and there is a fee. For businesses and families, this fee is contingent on the number of people to be photographed at that location and the amount of time required for completion of the session. Corporate group sessions includes a 2 hour minimum. Please call our studio for an exact estimate.

For a student, it’s an additional $50.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and cash. Checks are accepted for deposit only.
And please note that sales tax is added to all purchases.

When is the payment due?
A minimum of 50% of your total order is requested as a deposit at time of order so that production may begin. The remaining balance (no checks please) is due when your photographs are delivered. Should a portion of your order be delivered early or on rush basis, the balance of your order is required to accept delivery on any portion of your order.

Can I purchase reprints at a later date?
Additional prints are available from any session for approximately 2 years.

Can you purchase online or over the phone?
At this time, we do not offer online purchasing but would be happy to assist via email and/or telephone.

Can you frame my portrait?
Absolutely, we offer a variety of frames in all the standard portrait sizes at a very low cost to our customers. All framing is done on the premises with no labor charges added, only costs for materials. You won’t find a better deal anywhere!

Do you do passport photography?
Yes and an appointment is required.

Can you design something special using my photographs?
Our creative design staff can work with you to create multi-photo compositions using all sorts of special effects that can transform your photographs into stunning works of art.
